  • Digital audits of brands, sectors & channels

  • Strategic analysis and development of customer & user journeys

  • Development of touch-points, digital & social media strategies

  • Conceptual design & management of brand & product campaigns

  • Activation through various channels; activity and content-planning, with a focus on digital platforms and social channels

  • Selection and control of social media partners

  • Close collaboration with experts and teams from the following LIGANOVA areas of expertise: Connected POS, Live Communication, Architecture and Visual Marketing


  • Graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or Communications

  • At least 6 months of professional experience as a strategist in a digital agency or a comparable position

  • Skilled in using the tools of digital brand management, analyses and communication, including web, search and social analytics

  • Proven track record in target-group and customer-journey analyses and segmentations

  • Quick to learn, audience-appropriate communication and self-motivation to create outstanding work

  • Implementation-focused, quick and smart thinking

  • Enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle, innovation, digitalization and trends

  • Fluent English and German language skills

  • Expert in the use of MS Office and MAC programs (including Keynote)
