  • Proactive customer management and development that ensures long-term and stable customer relationships

  • Management, cultivation, and continuous motivation of the project team in an account

  • Ensuring that planned revenue targets are met; contribution to strategic goal setting

  • Negotiating pricing and conditions with the customer, also in coordination with the key account director

  • Long-term HR requirement planning for the project team in close coordination with the key account director

  • Annual planning of project-related turnover targets; quality assurance and ensuring efficiency of all purchasing performance

  • Analysis of market-specific business potential and structured realization


  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a customer-oriented position in the brand or lifestyle environment

  • Proven track record in international customer management with comprehensive budget responsibility

  • Able to grasp new concepts quickly, recipient-appropriate communication, and the ability to motivate yourself to top performance

  • Strong ability to implement, a swift and smart thinker

  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and brands

  • Passion for change, innovation, and technological trends

  • Able to communicate confidently in English and ideally fluency in German

  • Expert in MS Office and MAC applications (including Keynote)
