  • Signing of supplier agreements in alignment with long-term sourcing

  • Request /tenders and negotiation of contracts or standardises cost rates within the production groups/ product categories

  • Supplier management: Building up and expanding the network of LIGANOVA suppliers as well as the systematic acquisition (research) of new suppliers across Europe and possibly worldwide

  • On-boarding and implementation of new suppliers and their development into long-term partners plus certification and auditing

  • Commitment of strategic key personnel

  • Development and expansion of know-how regarding legal circumstances, trends and market development in the area of service, marketing services and live experience

  • Further development of processes and structures under consideration of all stakeholders

  • Development of know-how in cost calculation (cost break-downs) and price indices


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business economics/industrial engineering or a technical/mechanical or commercial education with IHK business administration or  additional business qualification

  • Proven work experience as a (project) purchaser for service spending ( agency, installation marketing services etc.)

  • Independent and responsible work approach as well as performance driven mind set // ability to drive oneself to maximum performance

  • Flexibel and experienced application of various negotiation techniques

  • Super fast apprehension combined with hands-on-mentality

  • Quick and smart way of thinking, strength in execution

  • Business fluent English and German language skills

  • Flexibility to travel for work

  • Perfect knowledge of MS Excel and a familiarity with MAC applications is essential
