Senior Strategist


  • Autonomous planning, direction and execution of (strategic) projects and development processes, including those that are interdisciplinary and inter-departmental

  • Internal and external consultations about in-depth issues regarding brand, target group, current (consumer) trends as well as business and market insights and preparation or logical presentation of the discussed contents

  • Development of concept and content for brand, business and communication strategies along with the recognition of correlations and synergies, also across projects and customers

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation of brands, companies, markets, target groups and relevant trends

  • Derivation and formulation of recommendations for actions based on the analysis and target group-specific presentation of the summarized results

  • Creation of presentations as well as preparation, moderation and evaluation of workshops 

  • Continuous improvement of the internal work methods and processes

  • Preparation of internal as well as external (creative) briefings

  • Supervisory function and specialized contact point for additional strategic functions

  • Consultation of the creative teams through strategic analyses and ideas in the implementation of interdisciplinary and integrated communication solutions



  • ​Successfully completed studies in the field of psychology, sociology, business economics or communication sciences

  • ​Several years of experience in strategic planning or a comparable position with similarly structured contents

  • Experience in the direction and specialized management of interdisciplinary competence teams

  • Analytical mode of thinking along with distinctive conceptual strength

  • The ability to prepare very complex contents from a stakeholder perspective in a didactic, logical manner

  • High expertise in market, trend and opinion research

  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches and research methods

  • High communication skills as well as consulting affinity and presentation talent

  • Joy in exploring things, searching online and in the critical scrutiny of phenomena, along with the talent of looking at the bigger picture ​

  • A passion for developing something “new” and being creative at the same time

  • Confident communication in English and good German language skills are a plus

  • Expert in MAC applications (including Keynote)
