WHAT YOU DO  

  • Your main task is creative direction and implementation of appealing strategies and content in order to lead successful social media and influencer marketing campaigns

  • As Online Marketing Manager you know when it’s a match: you know which influencers are out there and who will be a good fit for your brand and their profile – without having to dive deep into research

  • As you are responsible of driving engagement on and of all channels the content you create is applied to all consumer-driven touchpoints, including digital events

  • From ideation to realization: you design and manage the editorial social media calendars – always bearing the strategic and data-driven side in mind

WHO YOU ARE   

  • As Online Marketing Manager Social Media KPIs such as Reach, Likes and Streams are your daily bread and butter. SEO, SEA and paid advertising are no news to you and you ensure output conforms to best practice standards

  • You are a frequent user of content driven channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch or TikTok and you feel most at home when working on optimization of platforms, content and strategies

  • You are self-driven, enthusiastic and outgoing. As Digital Marketing Manager you are capable of presenting yourself and you love to pitch to the management

  • You have an understanding of what your customer is looking for regarding digital content strategy, who to work with and which channel to use in order to reach the customer’s target group 

  • You bring strong German language, Photoshop and Illustrator skills to the table as you are experienced with creation of visuals and may be trained as digital media- or 2D- designer
