Project Manager Sustainability (m/w/d)

You are an expert in developing sustainable concepts and are a professional when it comes to initiating and implementing sustainable projects and processes. We are looking for a change agent – who wants to create a more sustainable future in the retail sector for our clients through a communicative, proactive nature and experience in sustainability.  


  • You will work centrally in an inspiring and innovative office designed with attention to detail, state-of-the-art work equipment and plenty of space for creative break-out sessions or quiet work.

  • As Project Manager Sustainability you are part of our Green Movement. You will support us in developing our corporate sustainability strategy by taking over the calculation of our carbon footprint, setting and tracking sustainability targets.

  • You show us the way through various change management processes by working with specialists from all departments in an interdisciplinary way and leading change processes.

  • With workshops, internal trainings and much more, you help your colleagues to build know-how and integrate sustainability into our processes and software solutions.

  • Contributing your own ideas to lead us into a sustainable future is also part of your job as Project Manager Sustainability.


  • In your studies at Bachelor or Master level, you have already had many touchpoints with sustainability topics.

  • As a Project Manager Sustainability, you have a confident demeanor with a hands-on mentality and will not be demotivated by setbacks or unforeseen challenges.

  • You already have some experience in calculating carbon footprints, are generally numerate and have an understanding of the balance between sustainability and costs

  • Your analytical skills enable you to break down complex issues into individual work packages and develop a strategic plan.
