People Manager (unisex)

We are looking for an HR all-rounder to build up our HR work on site in Munich with immediate effect.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You will be involved in shaping the culture of a new agency from the very beginning.

  • As the local People Manager, you will be the face of HR and will be able to contribute to the content of our work

  • You will work in a start-up environment where you have a lot of creative freedom and can develop yourself in a flat structure.

WHAT YOU DO

  • You will support our employees along their entire employee lifecycle from employer branding, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding to development topics.

  • You can help build up strategic HR work and participate in the conception of new tools

  • You will be responsible for the administration of HR topics and act as the interface to payroll accounting

  • As a people manager, you will not only support our employees but also our executives in all personnel-related topics with words and deeds.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have several years of professional experience in the HR area – preferably in an all-rounder function.

  • You know your way around a dynamic, creative and innovative working environment

  • As a people manager, people are at the center of your actions and you bring a high level of service readiness with you

  • You are conscientious and precise in your work and know how to handle confidential information

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are indispensable
